is a smoothing, art-based wellness experience where participates use color, shape, and flow to express and explore their inner calm. This non-clinical creative gathering is designed for relaxation, personal reflection, and emotional grounding through intuitive painting
No artistic experience is needed- just a willingness to slow down, explore color in a new way, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Guests will be guided through gentle prompts and calming music to create abstract, meaningful artwork that reflects their emotional state or desirded sence of peace.
