Inner Journey Sessions

Inner Journey Sessions are individual therapy sessions and are thoughtfully designed to support you through life’s challenges and transitions. I provide a warm, compassionate space where healing, self-discovery and personal growth are nurtured through a holistic and person-centered approach.

Our therapy work focuses on helping you process trauma, manage anxiety, and overcome depression using evidence-based and integrated methods. We blend traditional talk therapy with creative and mildfullness-informed techniques to support healing of the whole self- mind, body, and spirit.
