1. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in Joyful Journey Wellness, LLC Events (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the Event.

2. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

3. Registration:

Registration Process: Participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate information. Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Event. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule or content. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Payment:

Payment for the Event is due in full at the time of registration. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or early withdrawal from the group. Fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the organizer.

6. Confidentiality:

All information shared within the group, including personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings, is strictly confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the group.

7. Respect:

In order to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants, we ask that you treat others with respect and kindness. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive group dynamic. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group at the discretion of the facilitator. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the organizers.

9. Photography and Media:

The Event may be recorded or photographed. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded and be used in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organizers before the Event begins.

10. Disclaimer:

This Event is intended for personal growth and self-reflection purposes only. This is a non-clinical Event. If you are in need of professional mental health support, we recommend seeking the assistance of a licensed therapist or counselor. Participation in the Event is voluntary and at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims arising out of your participation in the Event.
